Information We Collect

We only collect personal information that is relevant to the purpose of our website. This information allows us to provide you with a customized and efficient experience.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking collectively about Device Information and Member Information. We collect Personal Information in our “session/database” storage.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use Personal Information, as described above. To make our marketing communications more relevant, we share Personal Information with marketing platforms such as Google and Facebook. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. Data Retention

Personal Information for any purposes will not be kept for longer than is necessary for those purposes. We may maintain Device Information for a maximum period of 3 years and Member Information for a maximum period of 10 years unless and until you ask us to delete this information, or as long as required by accounting laws, money laundry legislations, or other legal obligations to which we are subject.

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, at its sole discretion. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting an announcement on the website so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances if any, it is disclosed.

Age Requirements

You must be 18 years and older to register to use the Site. As a result, PiART does not specifically collect information about children. If we learn that PiART has collected information from a person under the age of 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. We recommend that minors bellow age of 18 ask and receive permission from a legal guardian before using PiART or sending information about themselves or anyone else over the Internet.
